Zynix Inc also operates under the brand name Zyncare for patient-facing SMS and communication services. Through this Site, Zynix provides you with access to a variety of health information and resources, including content, news, contact information, interactive tools and other general information (together "Services"), through the network and servers (the "Network"). This Site and the Services, including any updates, enhancements, and new features are subject to these Terms.
The Site is not intended to provide professional or medical advice. Always talk to your doctor or other health care professional with any questions or concerns you may have about your health. Information on this Site is intended to help you become informed about Zynix and its Services. The site is generalized and does not consider individual business or practice differences. Zynix Inc, operating under the brand name Zyncare for patient-facing communications, may offer SMS/text messaging services to provide appointment reminders, care coordination notifications, post-discharge follow-up communications, and other healthcare-related service messages. By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Zyncare, you agree to the following terms:
Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Zyncare (operated by Zynix Inc) at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may receive messages related to appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling notifications, post-discharge follow-up, care coordination updates, and other healthcare service notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your care needs and scheduled appointments. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your engagement with healthcare services.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to all SMS/text messages sent and received. Zyncare is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Zyncare. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may also contact us at support@zynix.ai to opt out. Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not affect any other communications you may receive from us.

Privacy: Your phone number and SMS data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy and Security Policy. We will not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Supported Carriers: SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
