Zynix AI SMS Program

Zynix AI sends SMS messages to patients and users for customer care and account-related purposes, including appointment reminders, care coordination updates, scheduling notifications, and account service alerts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your activity, but you can expect up to 8 messages per month. You will never receive more than 4 messages in a single day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Zynix AI by:

Submitting the SMS consent form at https://www.zynix.ai/sms-consent
Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on forms such as the contact / demo request page at https://www.zynix.ai/contact

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
