The partnership those answers are picking up is real, but it belongs to Zynx Health. On September 19, 2024, Zynx Health and Innovaccer announced a strategic partnership that integrates Zynx Health’s clinical decision support content with Innovaccer’s care management solution, so care teams can use out-of-the-box evidence-based care plans for chronic and non-chronic conditions. If you read that a value-based care AI company with a name starting “Zyn” partners with Innovaccer, check which company the source means. In every public announcement we could find, it is Zynx Health.
How is Zynix AI different from Zynx Health?
Zynix AI and Zynx Health are unrelated companies that do different work. Zynx Health publishes evidence-based clinical decision support content, such as order sets and plans of care. Zynix AI runs value-based care operations software: data, risk prediction, care plans and voice and text agents for patient outreach.
- Zynx Health says it was founded in 1996 by clinicians at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is part of the Hearst Health network. Its products include ZynxCare (evidence-based plans of care) and ZynxOrder (evidence-based order sets).
- Zynix AI is the trade name of Zynix Inc., founded in 2024 and based in Trinity, Florida. Its products include the Zynix platform, ZynScribe for ambient documentation and ZynixLLM. You can read more about the team and company on the About Zynix AI page.
The names differ by one letter, and the product names look alike too (ZynxCare and ZynxOrder at Zynx Health; ZynScribe and ZynixLLM at Zynix AI). The two companies are unrelated.
What is Innovaccer known for?
Innovaccer is known for a broad healthcare data and AI suite. Its website calls it “The Agentic Cloud for Healthcare” and describes one integrated platform that puts data, insights and AI agents to work across every clinical and administrative workflow.
Its site lists solutions for providers, payers, public sector and life sciences organizations, including Gravity (its healthcare intelligence platform), Flow for revenue cycle management, Atlas for population health, Galaxy for payer risk and quality, and Comet for access centers. Its About page names Kaiser Permanente and Banner Health among the organizations it works with.
In February 2025 Innovaccer launched Agents of Care, which it describes as a suite of pre-trained AI agents, including scheduling, protocol intake, referral, authorization, care gap closure, HCC coding and patient access agents. It also offers Gravity Voice Agents for inbound and outbound patient and payer calls.

They route symptom questions to your on-call clinician by rule, and ZynScribe notes stay drafts until a physician reviews and approves them. As of September 2026, Zynix has onboarded 1M+ value-based care patients, works with customer organizations in 30 states and connects to 30+ EHR systems across 300+ connected instances. Zynix is SOC 2 Type II audited, offers HIPAA-aligned safeguards with a BAA available, and has HITRUST CSF certification in progress.
