SMS Program Terms & Conditions

These SMS Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Zynix AI Customer Care & Account Notifications text message program (the “Program”) operated by Zynix Inc. (d/b/a Zynix AI). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Zynix AI sends SMS messages to patients and users for customer care and account-related purposes only, including appointment reminders, care coordination updates, scheduling notifications, and account service alerts. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

SMS Program Terms

  1. Program: Zynix AI Customer Care & Account Notifications. Zynix Inc. (d/b/a Zynix AI) sends appointment reminders, care coordination updates, scheduling notifications, and account service alerts to patients and users who opt in at https://www.zynix.ai/sms-consent. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
  2. Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month.
  3. Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Zynix AI does not charge for text messages; contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
  4. Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  5. Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact support at info@zynix.ai or (727) 261-1297.
  6. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
  8. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://www.zynix.ai/privacy-policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your activity, but you can expect up to 8 messages per month. You will never receive more than 4 messages in a single day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In

The only way to opt in is the SMS opt-in form at https://www.zynix.ai/sms-consent: enter your name and mobile number and check the consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. No other form on this website signs you up for text messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To resubscribe, reply START.

Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.zynix.ai/privacy-policy. We do not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information listed above exclude mobile opt-in and consent data; this data is not shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
