Jayadeva (Jay) Chowdappa, M.D.
Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Jayadeva (Jay) Chowdappa is a physician executive and healthcare innovator with over 30 years of experience in Internal Medicine, managed care, and physician leadership. He founded six successful Medicare ACOs with over $300M in total savings and co-founded Assurity DCE and Zynix AI. Dr. Chowdappa is a national leader in value-based care, population health, and healthcare AI, and actively consults on Medicare risk and strategic care transformation.
Gautamdev Chowdary
Co-Founder & CTO
Gautamdev Chowdary couples deep cloud-native craftsmanship with advanced AI expertise: he architects Kubernetes-orchestration microservices in Golang, Python, Java, and Scala on AWS and Azure, automating everything with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD, and he builds production ML pipelines end-to-end—from computer-vision models that identified rangeland pests with 94.6 % accuracy, saving the USDA millions, to HIPAA-secure LLM agents now embedded in Zynix AI’s population-health platform. His background spans “Advanced AI Techniques” graduate work, hands-on deployment of predictive-analytics stacks, and leadership of cross-functional teams that turn AI prototypes into revenue-generating healthcare solutions
Sean Ross
Co-Founder & COO
Sean Ross is the COO and Co-Founder of Zynix AI, where he leads strategy and operations across the company’s suite of AI-powered tools for value-based care. With a background in finance and entrepreneurship, Sean brings deep expertise in scaling healthcare technology that simplifies documentation, automates care coordination, and improves outcomes. Prior to Zynix, Sean founded Medvise AI, an ambient scribe and automation platform that merged into Zynix in 2024. He also launched Park Image Solutions, a real estate firm focused on affordable housing. With a Finance degree and MBA from the University of South Florida, Sean blends financial rigor with product-driven execution.
