Official rules

  1. No purchase necessary. No purchase, demo or meeting is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.
  2. Sponsor. Zynix Inc. dba Zynix.ai, 3535 Little Road, Trinity, FL 34655. This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by NAACOS.
  3. Eligibility. Registered attendees of the NAACOS Fall 2026 Conference (Washington, DC, Oct 14 to 16, 2026) who are legal residents of the 50 United States or DC and 18 or older. Not eligible: employees and contractors of Sponsor and their household members; employees of any federal, state or local government entity; anyone whose employer’s policies prohibit accepting the prize.
  4. Entry period. Opens when the exhibit hall opens on Oct 15, 2026 and closes at 11:15 AM ET on Oct 16, 2026.
  5. How to enter. Have your badge scanned at the Sponsor’s booth, complete an entry card at the booth, or enter online on this page. One entry per person, whatever the method. Incomplete, illegible or duplicate entries are void.
  6. Prize. One prize. The winner chooses premium noise-cancelling headphones (approximate retail value $400) or a $400 donation by Sponsor to an eligible 501(c)(3) community health nonprofit the winner selects. No cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  7. Drawing. Random, from all eligible entries, at 11:20 AM ET on Oct 16, 2026 at the Sponsor’s booth. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner need not be present and will be notified by email within two business days; if the winner doesn’t respond within seven days, an alternate may be drawn.
  8. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
  9. Publicity. Sponsor will not publish the winner’s name without the winner’s consent.
  10. Privacy. Entry information is used to run the drawing. Sponsor follows up about Zynix only with entrants who had their badge scanned or ticked the opt-in box.
  11. General. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. These rules are governed by Florida law.
